Enrollment Terms

By authorizing this charge and registering for a Florida Properties Live (“FLAPL”) event, you understand that you are committing to pay for the presentation option selected at check out and as further described below. If your payment is declined for any reason and you are contacted by The Signature Real Estate Companies in connection with the error, you agree to immediately provide an updated form of payment. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.

You (or an alternate agent working on your behalf) understand that you MUST attend the broadcast that they are signing up for in order to present the listing during the livestream event. Please practice and prepare beforehand to make the most of your presentation. The exact start time of your presentation is NOT guaranteed and requests for specific time slots will NOT be honored due to popular demand and conflicting schedules

Florida Properties Live Presentation Options

Featured Property Presentation*	$100	8 minutes	Virtual listing presentation PLUS live streaming video walkthrough of the property. Must be available to present listing at livestream event.

You hereby certify that you either own or have the license/right to use any marketing materials (including photos, music, videos, virtual tours, and renderings) used in connection with a FLAPL presentation (including marketing materials used during a presentation at an FLAPL event or as a follow up to the presentation, if applicable). YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU OWN AND/OR HAVE THE RIGHT TO LICENSE TO THE SIGNATURE REAL ESTATE COMPANIES/FLAPL ANY PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS, VIRTUAL TOURS, MUSIC, OR DIGITAL IMAGES/WORKS PROVIDED TO FLAPL (OR USED BY YOU DURING AN FLAPL EVENT) FOR USE IN MARKETING THE PROPERTY THROUGH AN FLAPL EVENT OR A FOLLOW-UP MARKETING INITIATIVE. YOU RELEASE THE SIGNATURE REAL ESTATE COMPANIES/FLAPL FROM ALL LIABILITY WHATSOVER AS IT RELATES TO THE SIGNATURE REAL STATE COMPANIES’/FLAPL’s USE OF (OR YOUR USE DURING AN FLAPL EVENT) THE MARKETING MATERIALS YOU PROVIDE/USE IN CONNECTION WITH FLAPL EVENTS/MARKETING.

You hereby certify that you are a licensed Florida real estate agent and that any presentation completed by you during an FLAPL event (and any marketing materials used in connection therewith) will be conducted in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws including adherence to applicable Fair Housing laws, Chapter 475 Fla. Statutes, and the Board of Realtors® Code of Ethics. In no event will The Signature Real Estate Companies/ FLAPL be liable for any damages or losses arising from any acts or omissions, obligations, faults, or negligence by you, including but not limited to damages or losses arising from your marketing or presentation of the property through FLAPL.
