This will be your opportunity to tell the viewers everything about the property including where it's located, the amenities, the community, etc. You do NOT need to prepare anything to show as we’ll be showing your MLS record, but you do need to have your thoughts organized as to what you wish to say so writing a script for yourself is a great way to plan accordingly.
